How long does an order take to ship?
This information is included in all product descriptions. We work hard to pack orders as quickly as is possible, and always endeavour to have orders sent well within the time frame provided as a guide. If you are unsure of the status of your order, please log into your account, and view your order status. You may email our customer service team from the website or email directly to info@windyoconnor.com for an update. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. An automated email will be sent from our administration to confirm your order has be shipped to you and any additional information included.
My order is saying "processing". What does this mean?
When your order is placed we send out an automated email to advise it has been received, and when we are beginning to process it. The items ordered will determine how long it will take before we can ship your order. Processing indicates we have your order being processed for picked, cutting and packing.
What is my order sent in?
Your order is wrapped to ensure it arrives to you in the condition you expect. Some fabrics are folded and shipped in plastic satchels, whilst larger quantities may be sent on a roll and wrapped in plastic.
I ordered some swatches but haven't received them yet.
Swatches can take 7-15 working days to arrive to you.
My order has been shipped, how can I track my order?
When we ship your order a order status email is sent to your registered address. This will include the name of the shipping company and the article ID number for you to track your order as it travels on the way to you. Sometimes this email can end up in your junk mail folder - please check the folder from time to time. Tracking will provide the expected delivery date.
